Bryan Murray announced today the signing of Geoff Waugh to a 1 year two way contract. In 2007-08, Waugh appeared in 71 games for Ottawa’s American Hockey League affiliate, the Binghamton Senators, recording six points (three goals, three assists) and 139 penalty minutes.
