The Hockey News is reporting that Meszaros has in fact received an offer sheet from Tampa for $5 million a season...and signed it - not sure how many years but the dollar figure is substantially higher than the $3 million per season that Murray is prepared to pay. If this in fact the case, I say don't let the door hit you on the way out and thanks for the draft picks Tampa.
What does Sens Army think? Is $5 Million far too much or should Murray match?
